Methodology
Our Methodology is summarized through the following topic
Our Teaching Methodology is based on ‘dynamic feedback’ approach. The teaching plan of a lesson is divided into many checkpoints.
An average session (or lesson which lasts for around (60 minutes) has around 5 to 6 checkpoints.
At Mindsplash Academy, we strongly believe that our teachers are like gardeners. Every plant is unique with respect to its needs and growth rate – so is every child! We cannot have rigid templates. Our job is to consistently nurture and After every checkpoint, the teacher asks questions (to take feedback) to see how many students understood it the right way.
If there are students who did not understand or misunderstood, the concept is cleared to all the students.
Only then, the teacher proceeds further to the next checkpoint. This regular and dynamic feedback approach lays.

In Sync with School
Our Curriculum has been one of our strong pillars of success.
Having a rich experience of developing content for many corporates across the globe, we at Mindsplash academy design new lesson materials which are very closer to exam-style questions.
One level up
At Mindsplash Academy, we strongly believe that students shall practice ques
tions of one level up! Over years, we have seen that this approach has helped our
students to be ready for any surprises during their exams! Given that the syllabus
of many international curricula and their examination trends are changing fre
quently, it is important that our students leave no stone unturned with respect to
the content they get to work on. They shall be ready for any format!
Content Consistency
No ‘content gap’ between board and boards! Many a times we see
students complaining “nothing that was taught in class came in exams!”
OR “nothing that I practiced from worksheets came in exams!” – We are sure
this problem is more prevalent with respect to international curricula like
IB/GCSE. This is due to ‘content gap’ between class board to boards (board
examinations)!
To eliminate this gap, we have worked on our lesson content, worksheet
content and examination content and made sure that they are of same level.
Mindmaps
Students often have issues revising intricate topics (like complex numbers,
electrochemistry, semiconductors etc.,) or volatile topics (like organic chemistry,
statistics, etc.,). For these selected topics, we make memory maps which will
enable students to revise all the concepts of the topic in one page
Mock Examinations
Almost all the students preparing for IB/GCSE exams take previous year ques
tions during their mock examinations at schools! These will not add any fresh
ness or surprise or anxiety element to the students as they might have already
answered these during their preparation. The actual examination questions
are not repeated. In order to plug in these factors, we prepare our own ques
tions which are one level up so that students are habituated to handling time
and emotions, both at ease! For IB MYP, we conduct examinations on digital
platform similar to eAssessment platform.
Our Teachers
The best minds of India!
Our teachers are hired from premier institutes of India. The hiring process is very rigid which evaluates their knowledge, passion, communication, emotions, sense of humor, lesson planning abilities etc., Almost all our teachers are postgraduates or doctorates.
For our teachers, their professions is their identity, not a mere job!
Understanding role of teacher
The role of a teacher is not confined to classroom alone! This is a part of the role. A teacher spends good time on preparation of lessons, grading, remedial lesson plans etc., At Mindsplash Academy, we completely realize the off-class room role of a teacher. The number of teaching hours for teachers are planned accordingly. Each role of teacher has its own importance which improves over all class-room experience.
Weekly meetings
The lesson plans drawn by teachers are discussed every week. A micro-schedule helps us to be in sync with school structure and also gives us edge to plan tests and remedials upfront.
