Introducing Mindsplash Academy’s innovative Real Time Monitoring and Evaluation System (RTMES) which brings together the best of both traditional offline teaching and the new-age online teaching solely aiming at ensuring students learn better!
What is RTMES?
With more than 10 years of teaching students Math & Science through inquiry-based approach, we felt the biggest missing element of current online teaching methodology is not being able to monitor what a student is writing in class. Knowing what students are writing helps in understanding their thought process thus reflecting their conceptual clarity.
For solving word problems, students need to learn how to write steps and for that teacher should be able to see what they are writing in class!
We believe learning is a 2-way process and hence the curriculum is based on inquiry-based approach with sessions being highly interactive. Our innovative RTMES enables us to monitor each and every student in the class to ensure they are attentive and focused. Students are required to submit their e-classwork which will be corrected by the teacher along with providing the report. This is to ensure students take writing notes seriously and build a habit of maintaining good notes.

The sessions are so designed to include quizzes, discussions, practice, assessments etc. Classes are planned such that ample amount of assessment and writing practice happens within the class itself. To ensure that our RTMES is efficient, the class strength of each batch is capped at 10. The curriculum is in sync with school syllabus and also caters to JEE/NEET Foundation.
Mindsplash Digital Platform – Unlimited, Adaptive practice at your pace and convenience!
Mindsplash Digital Platform is a powerful adaptive tool for revision, practice and self-assessment of the student! Every student enrolled in the academy will get access to Mindsplash Digital Platform where he/she gets to practice a lot of questions in various forms including MCQs, Very short answer questions, SAQs, LAQs etc. Students also get to practice HOTS questions, Olympiad questions, IITJEE/NEET Foundation questions etc. To ensure students are taking practice seriously, they will be entailed to write detailed answers/solutions and upload it in the system. The platform is adaptive and hence caters to the child’s needs.

12 years of experience in nurturing single/double digit rankers in JEE Advanced/Olympiads.
NIKHILENDRA M – B.Tech (IIT Madras),
Edtech & curriculum specialist. Author of concept map books. Worked for ASSET & Butterfly Fields.
12 years of experience in teacher training, designing assessment methodology & curriculum for Edtech products.
DR. BALACHANDER
PhD (Pondicherry University)
35 yrs of experience in NEET Biology.
Eligibility & Admission
Apart from our ongoing offline classes, we are commencing our online classes with limited strength.
